Following components totally comprise the 350MT Girder Bridge assembly (refer attachment “GIRDER BRIDGE” with payload as per file “LOADING CHART”
Automatic Steering – DAC for automatic steering for 12+12 THP/SL attached to the Girder. Refer drawing “TURNING”
Auxillary Bogies – 2 nos pendular axles with hydraulic manual steering control and connection mechanism to the main Girder for usage with the coupling process
Bogie support beams – 2 nos telescopic type with lateral support legs for mounting girders during the coupling process

Bolster – 2 units, with ball socket joint. 350MT minimum capacity for single bolster as per attachment “SLEW BEARING”
Cross braces – for manual width adjustment
Hanging beams – 4 sets of Hanging beams, inner loading width 3.5m to 5.5m
Load distribution frames – 2 units, compatible for use with THP/SL 12+12 and 14+14 along with bending moment calculation justification
Longitudinal Girders – 1 set main girder with 14m length with lashing coupling provision; 2 pairs end Girder for connection with
Power Pack – 1 unit, 23KW Cummins as per attachment “POWER PACK”
Training and Load test
Training for a period of 3 days with technical team with operational manual in English. Load test will be made using 1.2 Factor of safety as per loading chart and deflection and other tests will be performed by buyer or buyer appointed third party inspection agency.
Paint and Finish
Primer and finishing coat China Red (RAL3002) of quality paint, frame sandblasted SA2.5 and zinc dust primed. Power pack and operating panel in Anthracite (RAL7016). Minimum each layer dry film thickness is 30 μ m, the third to fourth floor to red aliphatic polyurethane topcoat, each layer dry film thickness 25 μ m, total film thickness is greater than 110 μ.
Quality Guarantee
The quality guarantee period: 12months (The warranty period of vehicle frame is 5 years under the condition of normal use). In the event of equipment failure within warranty period, rectification and support will be to the cost and risk of the manufacturer. Manufacture Guarantees to abide by the quality specifications as per the document strictly as per review by mutually agreed Third Party Agency.
